A volunteer-run neighborhood association in South Tampa — advocating for our neighbors, keeping residents informed, and bringing our community together since 1988.
Who We Are
The Bayshore Beautiful Neighborhood Association represents 3,000+ homeowners and renters in the South Tampa area. The association is a volunteer-run group that keeps our residents informed of issues that may affect the neighborhood.
The association is governed by an elected board that consists of a President, Vice President, Treasurer, and Secretary. Additional board positions can be added but are not up for election and are based on a need outlined by the board. A neighborhood association differs from an HOA as membership is optional and does not have deed restrictions or rules for homeowners.
An active neighborhood association strengthens our community and helps protect our collective needs, including safety, neighborhood improvements, clean environments, strong relationships, and informed neighbors. We strongly encourage all neighbors in our neighborhood to join the association and sign up to volunteer. There are many ways you can share your time, talents, and ideas—it doesn’t need to be a full-time job!
