The Bayshore Beautiful Neighborhood Association represents 3,000+ homeowners and renters in the South Tampa area. The association is a volunteer-run group that keeps our residents informed of issues that may affect the neighborhood.

The association is governed by an elected board that consists of a president, vice-president, treasurer, and secretary. Additional board positions can be added but are not up for election and are based on a need outlined by the board. A neighborhood association differs from an HOA as membership is optional and does not have deed restrictions or rules for homeowners.

An active neighborhood association strengthens our community and is important to protecting our collective needs such as safety, improvements, clean environments, strong relationships, and informed neighbors.  We strongly encourage all neighbors in our association to join and sign up to volunteer. There are many ways you can share your time, talent, and ideas – it doesn’t need to be a full-time job!
